$324starting at
Doulos Dumpster Rentals rents the 15 yard dumpster at $324, with 1 ton (2,000 lbs) of disposal and a 3-day rental included. It is the container for the one room job, the garage, and the pile of yard debris that will not fit in a truck bed.
What a 15 yard dumpster rental is for
A 15 yard dumpster rental from Doulos Dumpster Rentals is 14' long, 7.5' wide, 4' high, holds about 15 cubic yards of debris, and comes with 1 ton (2,000 lbs) of disposal on a 3-day rental for $324. It is the smallest container we run and the one most single room jobs actually need. If the job is a whole house or a roof with more than one layer, read the dumpster sizes page before you book, because weight decides more than room does.
Capacity
What Fits in a 15 Yard Dumpster
Doulos Dumpster Rentals sizes a 15 yard dumpster rental by the job, and the right hand column says which runs out first on each one, room or weight. Read it before you book; it is where the overage lives.
| Job | Typical fit |
|---|---|
| Garage cleanout | Space. Boxes, shelving and bikes run out of room long before they weigh anything. |
| Small bathroom remodel | Space. Tile, a vanity, a tub and the drywall behind them fit with room over. |
| Yard debris and brush | Space. Yard waste packs loosely; break limbs to fit and it goes further. |
| Single room flooring | Weight, if it is tile. Carpet and laminate are fine. Ceramic gets close to 1 ton (2,000 lbs) fast. |
| Roof tear off, single layer | Weight. A small roof, one layer, sits inside the allowance. Two layers do not. Tell us the squares. |
Specification
15 Yard Dumpster Dimensions and Capacity
Doulos Dumpster Rentals builds every 15 yard dumpster rental to the same measurements, so the numbers below are the numbers that land in your driveway.

- Tonnage included1 ton (2,000 lbs)Weighed on a certified scale at disposal. Over that is $100 per ton.
- Rental period3 daysChoose 3 days or 7 days. Your rental starts the day it lands. Past the selected rental period, the existing extension rate is $25 per day.

Two parking spaces, roughly. Leaves the second car room to get out.

Sizing
Is a 15 Yard Enough?
Doulos Dumpster Rentals builds the 15 yard dumpster rental for the job that runs out of room before it runs out of weight, and that describes most cleanouts. A garage, a bedroom, a small bath, a season of yard debris.
Where it falls short is density. Every container we run includes the same 1 ton (2,000 lbs), so the 15 does not carry less weight than the 25. It carries less room. If your debris is light and bulky, the 15 is often the right call, and it costs less. If your debris is shingles, tile, plaster or concrete, the allowance is the limit, not the box, and a bigger container does not help.
Roofing is the test case. A small single layer roof sits inside 1 ton (2,000 lbs). Two layers, or a large roof, does not, and the answer is not a 25 yard. It is knowing the weight before you book. Give us the squares and the layers at (423) 4-DOULOS and you get a container size and an honest answer on the allowance.
Compare it against the 20 yard dumpster and the 25 yard dumpster, or see all three on the dumpster sizes page.
$324 with 1 ton (2,000 lbs) and 3 days included. Same day and next day delivery is available whenever a container and a truck are both free, and the call settles it. Not sure the 15 is enough? Say what you are clearing out and we will tell you.
Questions
15 Yard Dumpster FAQs
Doulos Dumpster Rentals answers the 15 yard dumpster rental questions that come up most, with the numbers attached.
Is the 15 yard the smallest dumpster you rent?
Yes. The 15 is the smallest of the three. There is no 10 or 12 yard in our range, and for most single room jobs the 15 is the right size rather than a compromise.
What access does a 15 yard dumpster need?
It is 14' long and 7.5' wide, and the truck needs a straight approach to set it down. A two car driveway takes it with room left. If your access is tight, describe it when you book and we will confirm.
How much can I put in a 15 yard?
By room, about 15 cubic yards. By weight, 1 ton (2,000 lbs), then $100 per ton past that. Light debris fills it before it weighs it. Dense debris reaches the allowance before the box is full.
Would a 20 yard be safer for a bathroom remodel?
Usually not. A single bath, tub, tile, vanity and drywall, fits a 15 with room over. The 20 earns its place on a kitchen or a whole floor of flooring. See the 20 yard dumpster page for the line between them.
