Agreement to These Terms

By using DoulosDumpsterRentals.com, booking a container, or accepting delivery of one, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not book. These terms sit alongside your booking confirmation. Where the two differ on a price or a date, the confirmation controls.

Doulos Dumpster Rentals LLC is a roll off dumpster rental company based in Fall Branch, Tennessee, serving Sullivan, Washington, Greene, Hamblen and Carter counties.

What We Provide

We rent the 15, 20 and 25 yard roll off container for temporary use on private property. Every rental includes delivery, pickup, 1 ton (2,000 lbs) of disposal and a 3 day rental period. Container dimensions and what each size suits are on the dumpster sizes page.

Rental Period

The rental period is 3 days, starting the day the container is delivered. Each day past that is charged at $25 per day. Longer rental periods are available if you ask for one when you book.

When you are done, call us or use the customer portal to request pickup. The container stays yours, and on the clock, until we collect it.

Placement and Access

We place containers on private property only: a driveway, a lot or a job site. We do not place on a public street or in a public right of way. Where a municipality requires a permit for a container on private property, obtaining it is your responsibility.

You choose the spot. It needs a straight approach for the truck and ground that will bear the container’s weight when loaded. Tell us about low branches, tight turns, soft ground or steep grades when you book. If a spot will not take the container safely, our driver may decline to place it there and will call you.

Nobody needs to be present for delivery. If you are not there, the container goes on the spot you marked or described.

Driveway Protection

Weight and Overage

Every container includes 1 ton (2,000 lbs) of disposal. Every load is weighed on a certified scale at disposal, and weight above the allowance is charged at $100 per ton, which is $0.05 per lb. This is the same on every size we run: a larger container adds room, not weight.

Dense debris such as shingles, tile, plaster, concrete, brick and dirt reaches the allowance quickly. If your load will be mostly dense material, tell us before you book so we can advise on weight rather than size.

Loading the Container

Load the container level with the top rail and no higher. A container must be tarped before it moves, and a load above the rail cannot be tarped. Anything above the rail will be removed before pickup, or the pickup may be refused until it is.

Distribute weight evenly and do not overload one end. Do not move the container once it is placed.

Accepted and Prohibited Materials

Household, renovation, roofing, yard and demolition debris are accepted, subject to the weight allowance. The following are prohibited in every container:

• Oil, fuel, paint and other hazardous liquids
• Refrigerant, including freon, and appliances that still contain it
• Medical waste
• Car batteries and rechargeable lithium ion packs
• Any material that is illegal to dispose of at a landfill

Tires are accepted for $15 per tire. Load them last, and the invoice is updated to reflect them.

Swaps

If you fill a container before the job is done, call us. A swap, meaning a full container out and an empty one in, is billed as billed as a new rental of the same size. The new container carries its own 1 ton (2,000 lbs) allowance and its own 3 days.

Pricing and Payment

The price of each container size is shown before you book, and it includes delivery, pickup, 1 ton (2,000 lbs) of disposal and 3 days. The charges that can change that figure are overage, extra days, tires, driveway protection and prohibited items, each listed above.

Payment terms, accepted methods and any deposit are stated at the time of booking through our booking platform. Charges that arise after delivery, such as overage or extra days, are billed to the payment method on file or invoiced.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change a delivery date or cancel, call (423) 4-DOULOS as early as you can. Any charge for a late change or cancellation is stated at booking. Once a truck has been dispatched, a cancellation may be treated as a delivery.

Your Responsibilities

You agree that you have the right to place a container at the address you give us, that the spot is on private property, and that you will keep the container and the area around it safe for the rental period. You are responsible for what goes into the container, whoever put it there, and for any damage to the container beyond normal wear.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Tennessee law, Doulos Dumpster Rentals LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from a rental is limited to the amount you paid for that rental. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost time or lost profits.

You agree to indemnify Doulos Dumpster Rentals LLC against claims, fines and costs arising from prohibited materials in a load, from a placement you directed, or from your breach of these terms.

Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, disposal facility closures, equipment failure or other events outside our reasonable control. We will tell you as soon as we know a delivery or pickup will move.

Use of This Website

The content on DoulosDumpsterRentals.com, including the photographs of our containers, is owned by Doulos Dumpster Rentals LLC. You may not copy, scrape or reuse it without permission. We link to third party sites, including our booking platform and Google, and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information; our privacy policy explains what we share with them.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by talking to us first will be resolved by binding arbitration in Washington County, Tennessee, on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or join a class action. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead.

Severability and Changes

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed, and the terms in force when you book are the ones that apply to that rental.
